The sentence regarding the handling of the congestion charge is needlessly defensive and unneccessary. I have therefore removed it.

[edit] Private Eye
Should the Private Eye entry be so "obvious"? It is also uncited. Perhaps it needs citation and moving into the "Capita in the news" section, rather than being a section in its own rights. Has anyone got any comments or opinions, or more importantly, cited references for the comments? Pixie2000 (talk) 17:26, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
Fair point - I've moved it to the "in the news" section. Private Eye's coverage of Capita is extensive and frequent - Pick up any issue and you're almost guaranteed to find something about them in there and which uses the phrase "Crapita". It is however hard to provide a citation as the Eye do not publish their articles on-line. Nsign 16:02, 6 March 2007 (UTC)
