Firstly, sorry if i formatted this wrong but i noticed some descrepancies in the page. It says it aims for inner city deelopment(CBD) but at school in geography i learn't the inner city and CBD are two seprate things, on ebeing a poor residential area(inner city) the other being the Central businness district, can someone help me out in how i should reformat the page so it says the truth? I Also noticed it says the neutrality is being disputed on the talk page, but seeing as how it isn't, should i remove the tag?
