Kiam Akasi Holley (born February 2, 1976), better known as Capone and D.P. Lockney, is an African-American rapper from Queensbridge, NY. He is best known for being half of the QB duo Capone-N-Noreaga also known as C-N-N. He spent some time in jail after the release of C-N-N's debut album, The War Report and was when he was released from jail, he and Noreaga recorded their second album The Reunion but shortly after releasing the album, Capone was sent back to jail. In 2004 he recorded the single 'I Need Speed' for exclusive use in EA's Need for Speed Underground 2, which was featured on the game's soundtrack. In early 2005, Def Jam released Capone from his contract while retaining Noreaga, leaving the group's status in disarray. Capone released his debut album "Pain, Time, and Glory", in 2005 that did not sell. He also appeared on the Ron Artest album, My World.

He also is a playable character in the video games Def Jam Vendetta and Def Jam: Fight for NY.
