Capital 88.7

Capital 88.7 (Capital Radio) is a national radio station in Malta broadcasting on the frequency 88.7FM. The radio station has been managed by Mediacoop Ltd since the station's inception on July 1st 1998. In July 2005, Mediacoop bought the station's license from previous owners Alt Services and now owns the station too. Since October 2005 Capital has been housed in a state of the art complex in St. Ursula Street, Valletta. The station plays 1980's music.
Capital Radio organises events that promote interaction with the thousands of Capital fans across the nation like the station's birthday celebrations every Summer.
