Capharnaum is an American technical death metal band from Sanford, Florida[1] formed by Jason and Jordan Suecof.

Capharnaum was founded in 1993 by the Suecof brothers, Jason and Jordan. They are the only continuous members of the band. In 1997, the band released a debut album called Reality Only Fantasized. In 2004, they released Fractured, which was recorded at Jason Suecof's Audio Hammer Studios, on Willowtip Records. The current lineup features members of the bands Trivium, Martyr, and Monstrosity. Jason is also a member of the band Crotchduster, and a record producer and engineer. For all intents and purposes, the band is defunct.[2][3]
