[edit] Speedy deletion of CAIPS (Computer Assisted Immigration Processing System)

Please refrain from introducing inappropriate pages such as CAIPS (Computer Assisted Immigration Processing System), to Wikipedia. Doing so is not in accordance with our policies. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Otolemur crassicaudatus (talk) 20:02, 5 April 2008 (UTC)

You are not supposed to remove the tag yourself. , just place hangon, as the message above says. Removing the tag will not keep it from being deleted. As it happens, deletion as "nonsense" can not be used for an article in a non-English language unless the text actually is nonsense. However, it must be translated to remain here. Please rewrite it in english. DGG (talk) 20:33, 5 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] CAIPS (Computer Assisted Immigration Processing System)

A tag has been placed on CAIPS (Computer Assisted Immigration Processing System), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a foreign language article that was copied and pasted from another Wikimedia project, or was transwikied out to another project. Please see Wikipedia:Translation to learn about requests for, and coordination of, translations from foreign-language Wikipedias into English.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on Talk:CAIPS (Computer Assisted Immigration Processing System). Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. BlueValour (talk) 01:29, 6 April 2008 (UTC)
