This template creates the heading for a CanElecM (multiple MPs per riding) table.

Usage:

{{CanElecM|1867}}

Where the parameter is year of general election (1867 in this case).

For by-elections, use the {{CanElecM-by}} template for header.

For each row (candidate/party/votes), use the {{CanElecMRow}} template.
