Use with {{CanElec1}} to create rows for candidates, parties and votes. Format:

{{CanElec1Row|Party|Candidate|Votes}}

1. Party - name should match a party under the {{Canadian elections/*}} template series
2. Candidate - use "Firstname(s) Lastname" format; not automatically linked, as many candidates will not have pages (whether not created yet, or too nn to have a page)
3. Votes - number of votes for the candidate
