in 1970s, the tension between tazanian state and rural laborss were high, and one canadian woman was shot (as stated in Linda Freeman's paper "CIDA, Wheat, and Rural Development in Tanzania" (p495)). Do someone have some more detail information about what happened? Jackzhp 21:55, 29 July 2007 (UTC)
