Candelo is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Biella in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 60 km northeast of Turin and about 4 km southeast of Biella. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 7,989 and an area of 15.1 km².[1]
Candelo borders the following municipalities: Benna, Biella, Cossato, Gaglianico, Valdengo, Verrone, Vigliano Biellese.
