CanGames is Canada's longest running gaming convention, which has run annually since 1977. It is the 3rd largest annual gaming convention in Canada and takes place in Ottawa, Canada's capital and 4th largest city. It occurs every year on the Canadian may long weekend and runs from Friday at noon until Sunday at just before midnight. It has recently been held and for the next few years will be held at the Rideau Curling Club. The Gaming Convention attracts 400-450 people annually. CanGames is unique because it offers gaming opportunity in both English and French and because it offers trophies to winners.
