1. This was published in the US in 1972, which is pre-1978 and therefore PD. 2. It is a low resolution screenshot. 3. It doesn't limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the film in any way, in fact, it may encourage sales. 4. Because of the low resolution, copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the artwork/image. 5. The image is itself a subject of discussion in the article or used in the infobox thereof. 6. The image is significant because it was used to promote a notable film. 7. No other free image is available.
