Camille Winbush (born February 9, 1990) is an American actress.

Winbush was born in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of Alice Winbush.[1] She got her big break playing the role of "Vanessa", the niece of comedian Bernie Mac on the FOX comedy The Bernie Mac Show. The series ran from 2001 to 2006. In 2002, she recorded "One Small Voice" f/Myra & Taylor Momsen and "The Night Before Christmas Song" for School's Out! Christmas.

A natural entrepreneur, Winbush opened her own bakery/ice cream shop in 2004 named "Baked Ice" located in Pasadena, California. With the help of her mother and aunt, "Baked Ice" made a profit of roughly $120,000 in its first year. In July 2006, she announced on the talk show Montel that she was franchising her business and would be opening another bakery in Atlanta, Georgia. It was open as of September.

Winbush's burgeoning list of credits include a lead role in an Artisan Entertainment film, Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai with Forest Whitaker, an appearance with Arnold Schwarzenegger in Eraser and Hollywood Pictures' Dangerous Minds with Michelle Pfeiffer.

In addition, she has had a recurring role on 7th Heaven and co-starring roles on That's Life, The Norm Show, NYPD Blue and Any Day Now, to name a few. She also guest starred in Disney's musical production of Geppetto and sang on the soundtrack. Her hobbies are gymnastics and playing the piano.

Recently, she appeared as The Chief's niece Camille, a cancer patient, on the ABC hit show Grey's Anatomy in the episode The Heart of the Matter. This part was played by Vanessa Thompson in season two.
