[edit] Calvin Coolidge, Sr. & Depression

I just read an article published online on May 24th (here: http://www.newsweek.com/id/138627?GT1=43002) that proposed that Calvin Coolidge's ineffective presidency was caused by severe depression that resulted from his son's premature death.

It would be better if you had a scholarly source. Also, the POV that Coolidge was "ineffective" will likely raise some objections. Coemgenus 10:33, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
