I don't have the details on this, but this year I was up CA 39 in Angeles National Forest and it was close far, far short of Crystal Lake. It seems that, rather than reopening 39 to 2, it's shrinking! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.172.197.116 (talk) 08:42, 25 December 2007 (UTC)
