[edit] Steve Wesley Governor bid/2006 election

I deleted the sentence stating in 2006 that Steve Westley didn't run for a second term and ran for governor instead and the sentence about Chiang defeating Tony Strickland. It would seem more appropriate for this information to go into an article about the election itself or in the articles about the said individuals and seems out of place out of place for the article about the office itself.
