California Proposition 86 (2006)

California Proposition 86 was a proposition on the ballot for California voters in the general election of November 7, 2006.
The proposition was declined by California voters. There were 3,212,678 yes votes making up the 47.9% minority. No votes made up the 52.1% majority with 3,493,227 votes.
