California Fade is the tentative title of the second solo album by former that dog. frontwoman Anna Waronker.[1] There is currently no release date set for the record.

Waronker has claimed that the record will be "darker/heavier" than her first album, and at one point predicted that it would be available by late 2006/early 2007. On January 18, 2006 Waronker joined MySpace, allowing people to preview some of her new songs. The songs "Dealbreaker" and "Beautiful Life" were originally purported to be released for purchase on iTunes, but the idea was apparently scrapped. On April 24, 2007, Waronker announced through her website that the new record was mastered, mixed and the cover artwork was in the process of being worked on. However, as of June 2008, the album has not been released and no further information has been given to the public.
