Caledonian Road and Barnsbury railway station is in the London Borough of Islington in North London. It is on the North London Line, and the station and all trains serving it are operated by London Overground. It is in Travelcard Zone 2.

Access to the station is via the westbound platform, the eastbound platform being reached by the footbridge shown in the picture. The station is approached by an entrance giving access to adjacent Offord Road, alternatively by a footpath leading from Caledonian Road, at the top of which are located the Oyster readers.
