User talk:Cakebatter93
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Hi Cakebatter93. Welcome to Wikipedia! I have placed the text from your article, Italo D'Aversa on your userpage, so you don't lose it, and nominated that article for speedy deletion, as it appears to be about people you personally know, but not about a subject notable enough for inclusion in the article space of Wikipedia which is an encyclopedia. Please see WP:VAIN, WP:AUTO and Wikipedia:notability for more on this topic. --Fuhghettaboutit 23:23, 15 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:PAPA1.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:PAPA1.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

A tag has been placed on Andrew Viveros, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}} on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. -- OriginalJunglist 17:51, 10 December 2006 (UTC)
Please do not add nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to the Diana Ross page. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. NawlinWiki 16:12, 27 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:Luther372.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:Luther372.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 17:17, 13 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Whitney airport2.png
Thank you for uploading Image:Whitney airport2.png. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 19:31, 26 March 2008 (UTC)
