Hello! Although I have been a contributor on Wikipedia for just a brief time, I wanted to at least list a few interesting facts about me:

Birthplace: Charlotte

Primary/Secondary Education: Gaston County Schools

Colleges:
North Carolina State University (Bachelor's Degree, 1992)
University of North Carolina at Charlotte (Post-Baccalaureate Work)
Central Piedmont Community College (miscellaneous online and classroom courses)

Favorite Sports Teams:
Washington Redskins, National Football League
Philadelphia Phillies, Major League Baseball
Philadelphia Flyers, National Hockey League
New Orleans Hornets, National Basketball Association

Least Favorite Sports Teams:
Dallas Cowboys, National Football League (though the New England Patriots run a close second)
Atlanta Braves, Major League Baseball (though the New York Yankees run a close second)
Los Angeles Lakers, National Basketball Association (there's not even a distant second)
And oddly enough, I don't have a least favorite National Hockey League team. The closest I come there is the Edmonton Oilers, and that's because they beat my Flyers for the Stanley Cup one year.

Other interesting things about me:

1) I think the Emmy Award is the coolest of the four major entertainment awards given in the United States.

2) I love disaster movies, especially The Towering Inferno and A Fire In The Sky. No one's written a Wikipedia article for A Fire In The Sky just yet, so I hope to be the first.

3) I have tried out on multiple occasions for both Jeopardy! and Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, but have yet to make it on either one.

4) I have participated in National Novel Writing Month, or NaNoWriMo, four straight years. Which means I have four very bad novels to my credit (or discredit).
