Caffeine-containing painkillers

Some painkillers, those usually containing paracetamol or aspirin, also contain low to medium levels of caffeine. Caffeine is a vasoconstrictor. This can help with vascular headaches. Some sources indicate that caffeine increases the action of painkillers by 40%. It also increases rate of digestion, leading to faster pain relief.
