Caesar Edward Belser (born September 13, 1944 in Montgomery, Alabama) was an American college and professional football player.

A defensive back, he played college football at the Arkansas AM&N, and professionally in the American Football League and National Football League for the Kansas City Chiefs and later the San Francisco 49ers.
