Are there any states where the Head of State not acting as Head of Government can reshuffle the Cabinet? Philip Baird Shearer 12:02, 4 September 2005 (UTC)

- No, not to my knowledge. Does anyone think this would be better entitled "cabinet reshuffle" rather than just shuffle? That seems to be the widest-used term.

I have only used the term cabinet shuffle in Canada, the term reshuffle is not used here 65.92.51.49 15:56, 4 January 2007 (UTC)
