1. The English-language Wikipedia is a project of the Wikimedia Foundation, Inc., a non-profit charitable organization.
2. The article for which this use occurs is purely educational in nature and, thus, is non-commercial.
3. It is a historically significant logo of a large, widely known, publicly traded company.
4. The sole purpose of this use of the image is to illustrate the company that is the primary and sole subject of the article.
5. The image is used only once in the article, and is used in an "information box" that is neutral in tone and in fact has no commentary whatsoever.
6. The market for the products or services sold by Intel will not be diminished by this use of the image.
7. Since it is trademarked logo, the image is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or public domain image of comparable educational value.
