Cabinet Office (Japan)

Cabinet Office (内閣府 Naikaku-fu?) is an agency in the Cabinet of Japan. It is responsible for handling the day to day affairs of the cabinet. The Cabinet Secretary position is usually given to a sitting minister.

The Cabinet Office published the results of the first suicide survey in Japan that the office took in February and March 2008. 1,808 people responded and 19.1% said they had seriously considered suicide.[1]
