Cabcharge Australia Limited (ASX:CAB) is an Australian bus and taxi company. Its principal activities include:
- operation of the Cabcharge taxi payment system
- ownership of Taxis Combined Services, the largest taxi network in New South Wales
- with Singapore-based ComfortDelGro, ownership of the Westbus, Hillsbus and Blue Ribbon bus networks.
Cabcharge is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange and, as of mid-2006, has a market capitalisation of around $700 million. The chairman of Cabcharge is Reginald Kermode.
In June 2007, Cabcharge had purchased a controlling share of Arrow Taxis for the aim of taking over the company[2].
