C.I.A.R.D. is a Chicago-based independent think tank which has been based on the city's west since its inception in the fall of 2004. Dedicated to direct action in the pursuit of information and application of acquired knowledge, the intention of the institute is to cultivate a better understanding and more inclusive consciousness of the world.
