The Estrela kit is white with the shirt split with three colours (hence the nickname 'the tricolours').The left side is red, the middle is white and the right side green, with the shorts and socks white. Estrela is sponsored by Portuguese brand Tepa and Cofidis.
- Estrela has 6500 registered paying supporters, a lot for a club with a small stadium.
- In 2005 they decided to change the club's kit to traditional white copying the badge and taking away the old red, green and white striped kit.
- The club have won the Liga de Honra once, in 1993.
- Their best ever finish was 7th in the 1997/98 season.
