Charles Mel Wilcox M.D., is a Professor of Medicine and Division Director at University of Alabama at Birmingham. The Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology has a comprehensive clinical program related to diseases of the digestive tract and liver. Dr. Wilcox has authored over 200 peer-reviewed publications, book chapters, and miscellaneous articles such as Atlas of Clinical Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. [1]
