C-tree

C-tree is the name of a family of embedded database and data management software by Faircom Corporation [1]. C-tree is considered to be an engineering-level flat file database. Although C-tree and its variants are used by many Fortune 500 companies, the non-developer public rarely hears of it (or at least not as often as Oracle or MS SQL).
