César fullname César Vinicio Cervo de Luca (born 19 May 1979 in Rio de Janeiro) is a Brazilian football (soccer) defender.
Signed by Chievo from Fluminense, he was later sold to Catania on co-ownership deal. On February 18, 2007 he played his first Serie A 2006/2007 match for Catania against Fiorentina.[1] On June 2007, Chievo was announced to have signed the player from Catania on blind auction.
