César Batlle Pacheco (1885-1966) was a Uruguayan political figure.

A journalist by profession, he was a son of José Batlle y Ordóñez, President of Uruguay 1899, 1903-1907 and 1911-1915.
He was a prominent member of the Uruguayan Colorado Party.
