Byron Daniel Chamberlain (born October 17, 1971 in Honolulu, Hawaii) was an American football tight end who played at two different colleges before playing 9 seasons in the National Football League, including the 2002 Pro Bowl with the Minnesota Vikings.

Chamberlain's freshman year was at the University of Missouri where he made the all-big 8 freshman team. Chamberlain ended up at Wayne State College in Nebraska where he broke most of the receiving records. His quarterback was Brett Salisbury, both were roommates and eventual Harlon Hill Award finalists.
