1. It is a low resolution version of logo of Brahmaputra Valley Fertiliser Corporation Ltd (BVFCL). 2. It is not used for promoting the company and its products (the company produces chemical fertilisers) in wikipedia; the logo is used to show how BVFCL is related to urban development and management of Namrup, the industrial township, at least 70% of the town is developed and managed by the company. 3. Namrup does not have a local government to manage her. It is the BVFCL, which is grossly managing it.
