Description

Redwood with his citation for mooning the Cog Railway on Mt. Washington. A long standing thru-hiker tradition has been cracked down on this year, resulting in a $125 fine. Apparently state troopers are now riding the train and apprehending the heinous criminals with their pants down. Redwood is the 5th person we've heard this has happened to.
