I am BTA-Colin and I was the originator of the Business Transformation Agency article. In the interest of full disclosure, I want to make clear that I am an employee of the BTA. I don't want this to seem as if I'm another government employee who doesn't understand Wikipedia and is trying to do ninja edits of articles to serve the interests of my employer. I'm a BTA employee and if you check my IP address, you'll see I'm posting from a DoD IP address. I don't want that hidden.

I hope that what I have posted is a good start. I understand the Wikipedia standards for NPOV and that this article is subject to editing by anyone else in the community. I plan on staying involved with the article however I will not be trying to control the it. Once I posted it, it's not mine anymore. It belongs the the Wikipedia community. My interest here is in accuracy and collaboration with the Wikipedia community. I won't be trying to dominate things: 1) because it's not the right way to behave here and 2) because it wouldn't work anyhow.

I realize the references aren't in the article yet. I will be adding those over the next day or so.
