Rhodesian Army recruitment poster - 1976

Low resolution?	The image is of sufficient resolution for illustration, but considerably lower resolution than original. Purpose of use	This recruitment poster is used as the primary means of visual identification of the Rhodesian Army for informational and educational purposes. This image was taken prior to 1979, and as such cannot be replaced.

The photograph is believed to have been taken by one William Higham, a freelance photographer who was active in Rhodesia during the UDI period. Higham's current whereabouts are unknown, but when last heard of he was in Brisbane, Australia. The e-mail address highamw@ozemail.com.au has been given for him. Although, messages to that address are not answered. Many of Higham's photographs are used to illustrate web pages and articles. The term "permission pending" is commonly used to describe copyright status of his images. This particular image was widely published and is believed to have been included in army recruitment and publicity literature.

Google "William Higham Rhodesia" and quite of lot of his material appears.
