U.S. Army Lt. Col. Jorge Milla, deputy commander of the 358th Civil Affairs Brigade National Vocational Technical Team, rides in the back of an Australian bushmaster armored mobility vehicle on the way to a vocational/technical school in Nasiriyah, Iraq, during a site visit to assess the progress of the school Sept. 29, 2007.
