This reads like a resume, or like the kind of bio you'd find in an "about the author" or something. At least half this stuff - like Gen Bell's college education, and perhaps some of the nitty-gritty details of every single position he's ever held - can be removed entirely. The first few sentences should tell the reader all s/he needs to know about the significance or notability of the subject (i.e. General Bell). LordAmeth 09:43, 27 February 2007 (UTC)
