[edit] Use of the term "Estate"

Thw1309, I have effectively backed out your changes to the term "estate". Forgive my presumption, but I guess that English may not be your first language, and you may therefore not be aware that "estate" is a term signifying everything a person leaves to his inheritors when he or she dies - not just a simple plot of land. See Estate_(law) for more information, if needed. Since the sentence has already mentioned inheritance law, I believe that the average reader will understand the meaning I intend for the word "estate" from context.

If I have missed your point, or you disagree, or you prefer your form of words, please revert my change.
