Burt Sigurdson

Burt Sigurdson (May 16, 1899 - February 6, 1978) is a fictional character on Fox's That 70's Show. He is the father of Kitty Forman and the husband of Bea Sigurdson. He is portrayed by Tom Poston

Burt is a friendly old man and an alcoholic. He only appeared in three episodes in season five. Most of the time he is tying to avoid his wife because all she does is nag at him. He bought an ostrich farm in one episode but didn't know it was next to a coyote farm and therefore lost the farm and had to sell the house. They came and stayed with the Formans for a while. In the episode "Your Time is Gonna Come" he collapses in the driveway and is rushed to the hospital where he dies.
