Burns Road, is a street in downtown Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, famous for its traditional food offerings such as Biryani and Karhai, Dhaga Kabab, Fry Kabab, Nihari, Haleem and fried finger fish. Other specialties include Kheer, Rabri and Dahi Bara. In other words Burns Road is the Food Street of Karachi. The famous Lassi, Mango Shake (aam ki botal).
Its name dates from the British Colonial rule, and its market is mainly frequented by members of Karachi's middle and lower middle classes.
