Burdett is a Hamlet in the Canadian province of Alberta. It lies 71 km west of Medicine Hat and 97 km east of Lethbridge, on Highway 3. It had a population of 264 as of the 2001 census.

As of January 1, 2003 Burdett has been dissolved as a village, and was included in the county as an unincorporated community.
In 2001[1], Burdett had a population of 264 living in 99 dwellings, a - 7.7% decrease from 1996. The village has a land area of 2.08 km² (0.8 sq mi) and a population density of 127.0/km² (328.9/sq mi).
