An article about a minority foreign language newspaper really carries an extra burden to demonstrate notability for anglophone readers. It exists. Good. Now, why is that important? What community does the paper serve? How large is that community? How large is the circulation? Has it been involved in any political struggles? Has it been censored? Is it growing or shrinking? Tell the reader something to make her or him care about this and understand something about it, not merely that there is such a thing as this paper. Utgard Loki 13:13, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
