Description	English: So-called “Brancaccio Bull”: the bull-god Apis holding the solar disk and the uraeus. Granodiorite, Egyptian artwork from the Ptolemaic Era (2nd century BC), brought to Rome in the Imperial Era. Found in 1886 in the area of the Horti Mæcenatiani, on the Esquiline Hill. Français : Taureau Brancaccio : le taureau Apis en marche, portant le disque solaire et l'uræus. Granodiorite, œuvre égyptienne de l'époque ptolémaïque (IIe siècle av. J.-C.), apporté à Rome sous l'ère impériale. Provenance : jardins de Mécène sur l'Esquilin. Italiano: Cosidetto “torello Brancaccio”: il torello Api gradiente con disco solare ed ureo sul capo. Granodiorite nera, opera egiziana dell'età tolemaica (II sec. a.C.), portato a Roma in età imperiale. Dagli Horti Mæcenatiani sull'Esquilino, 1886.
