Here are two correct usages:

  • This item is a build-to-order item
  • Our planning system is build to order

Note the hyphenation only occurs when you're using it as an adjective. Plus, this shouldn't ever be capitalized. It's not a pyramid in Egypt--it's a method for reordering.
