Buffenheimer (1657-1721)

Born in the Sandwich islands, B. Heimer became an international success due to his invention of the tennis ball. He created it using the hide from the island cows, and covered it in palm leaves. After much research, he improved the quality of the ball with the insertion of tiny air cells allowing it to bounce freely, thus, the tennis ball we see today.
