The original uploader User:shcorporation is not that active (most recent edit was in Sept 2007), so I have taken it on myself to provide the necessary information and I have updated details of the image source and licensing.

I believe the previous statement of "public domain" and the attached GFDL license was incorrect. Therefore, I have replaced all mention of public domain and GFDL with a fair use license and added a fair use rationale for it's use on Buenos Aires Forum. As for the "portion" and "low resolution" fields in the rationale, I have left the image as it was originally uploaded. If this is unacceptable, please notify me so I can make some changes, or be bold and do it yourself. Astronaut (talk) 17:10, 4 March 2008 (UTC)
