Photograph of E. A. Wallis Budge in his office at the British Museum. From: http://www.thebritishmuseum.ac.uk/aes/faqs/budge.html - considering how many stolen items are in the British Museum, I think Wikipedia can steal this pic, but, in all truthfulness, I have seen the same picture on a book cover of a Budge book, so it is from a book cover, and thus fair use for Wikipedia.
